The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall of 20,000 B-Nimble Strollers imported by Britax Child Safety Inc., of Charlotte, North Carolina the Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm of Schlyer & Associates is warning.
According to the recall notice, an audible click heard when the brake pedal is pressed can give a false impression that the brake is fully engaged when it is not. When the brake is not engaged, the stroller can move unexpectedly posing a risk of injury to the child occupant.

The recalled strollers were sold at various juvenile product and mass merchandise stores nationwide and online retailers between September 2010 and June 2011 for about $200.
If you have one of the recalled strollers, you should immediately stop using the strollers and contact Britax at (888) 427-4829to request an improved replacement stroller.
