Trek Bicycle Recalls One Million Bicycles

Nearly one (1) million bicycles are being recalled by Trek.  Do you own one of the recalled bikes?

The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the recall covers 900,000 bicycles sold in the U.S. and 98,000 in Canada.

"This recall involves all models of Trek bicycles from model years 2000 through 2015 equipped with front disc brakes and a black or silver quick release lever on the front wheel hub that opens far enough to contact the disc brake," the CPSC statement said.

Nissan and BMW Issue Recall - Find out if your vehicle is affected

BMW and Nissan Recall issued.

Nissan and BMW said on Friday they are recalling more than 165,000 vehicles globally due to potential fuel pump failures that could cause an engine to stall or not start.

The vehicles affected are 95,031 Nissan Rogue SUVs in the United States and Canadian markets from model year 2014, and about 70,500 BMW cars globally from model years 2014 and 2015, the companies said. Nickel plating could detach and block moving parts in the fuel pump made by Robert Bosch, according to the companies and documents filed with the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
