2011 & 2012 Nissan Altima Cars Recalled

The Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm, Schlyer & Associates, the Aggressive Trial Lawyers is warning of a recall of 20,000 Nissan Altimas due to a potential steering problem.

The recalled Nissan Altimas were built at Nissan's Canton, Mississippi plant between April 25 and June 10, 2011.

According to Nissan, the the transverse link bolt may not have been tightened to the proper specification.
The bolt in the Altimas affected could loosen during driving, creating a rattling and vibration, according to the NHTSA website. If the bolt came out completely, the driver might have trouble controlling the car's direction and that could result in a crash.

If you have an affected Nissan Altima, you should contact your local Nissan dealership to have your vehicle inspected.
