Help Support The Make A Wish Foundation At A 5K Race / Walk This Weekend

The Northwest Indiana law firm of Schlyer & Associates, invites you to the Valparaiso University Law Running & Fitness Club's annual Ambulance Chase 5k Fun Run/Walk on Sunday, April 21st.

The race starts at 2:00 p.m., but racers can sign in as early as 1:00 p.m.

The starting point for the race is in front of the Valparaiso University Fitness Center on Union Street.  The price to sign up is $10 for everyone. All proceeds benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. If anyone has questions, please contact contact zachary.schmidt@valpo.edu.

Southlake YMCA Announces Hub Run 5K Race Date

The Southlake YMCA has set May 5, 2013 for their annual 5K race. The Hub Run race will start and finish at the old courthouse in the square in downtown Crown Point, Indiana. The race will start at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 5, 2013.

The Schererville Chamber of Commerce hosted its first 5K Race over the weekend, the Run for the Symphony.

Despite the heat and humidity, it was a wonderful event at Redar Park in Schererville, Indiana.

Schererville Chamber "Run for the Symphony" Race This Weekend
