Toy Keys with Remote Recalled - Choking Hazard

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of over 1 Million toy keys with remote imported by Battat Inc., of Plattsburgh, New York, the personal injury law firm of Schlyer & Associates, the Aggressive Trial Lawyers, is warning.

According to the recall notice, the metal toy keys and the plastic key ring can break, posing a choking hazard. See the recall notice for additional photographs and information about the recalled toys.

The recalled toys were sold at various retailers nationwide and online sellers from April 2010 to May 2011 for B. FunKeys, and from January 2006 to December 2009 for Parents Magazine keys for about $9.

If you have any of the recalled key rings in your home, you should immediately take the recalled toy keys away from children and contact Battat at (866) 665-5524 to receive replacement keys.
